Description
Twenty-five grams of .9999 fine gold as twenty-five one-gram bars, 0.804 troy ounces in total, from Geiger Edelmetalle in Germany. The Multicard holds 25 square bars, each 10.6 by 10.6 millimeters, in one card, and they separate without breaking, which is the point of the format. Each bar carries Schloss Güldengossa, the baroque castle near Leipzig that is Geiger's headquarters, on a pearl-finish front with the fineness and weight; the back is embossed in high relief with the mint's logo in a repeating pattern, the edge is fluted like a coin, and each bar has a UV security coating and its own security number.
