One troy ounce of .999 fine silver from Johnson Matthey, the London refiner founded in 1817, in the plain 1 oz bar it first produced in 1982: the JM name with the weight and fineness on the front and a blank back. These were issued in sealed plastic, and this listing is the sealed version, still in its plastic. Johnson Matthey made bars for 162 years and sold its gold and silver refining business to Asahi in 2015, so no new ones are being struck. A sealed bar can still be tested through the plastic, and every bar here is tested before it ships.
