JM's American 5 ounce bars are cast, carry the crossed hammers mark, and were made without serial numbers; measured examples run about 60 by 32 millimeters and 9 thick. Johnson Matthey, the London refiner founded in 1817, made bars for 162 years and sold its gold and silver refining business to Asahi in 2015, so these only turn up second-hand.
