Description
One and a half troy ounces of .9999 fine silver in the Royal Canadian Mint's 2016 Snow Falcon, face value C$8, 38 millimeters across and 4.5 thick with a reeded edge. The reverse shows a white falcon in flight, and the obverse carries Susanna Blunt's portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the $8 denomination. Radial lines run across both faces as a security feature. The Mint began the 1.5 oz format in 2013 with a polar bear, followed by an Arctic fox in 2014. Each coin is tested by us before it ships.
