Description
Half a troy ounce of .9999 fine gold from The Perth Mint's Lunar Series I, dated 2007, the Year of the Pig, with a face value of A$50. The coin is 15.55 grams, 25.1 millimeters across and 2.4 thick. The design shows a young pig standing in shallow water among rocks. Around the design run the Chinese character for the pig, the year, and the weight and purity, framed by a beaded border. Turn it over and you find Queen Elizabeth II in Ian Rank-Broadley's portrait, with the face value.
