Description
A tenth of a troy ounce of .9999 fine gold from The Perth Mint's Lunar Series I, dated 2005, the Year of the Rooster, with a face value of A$15. The coin is 3.11 grams, 16.1 millimeters across and 1.5 thick. The 2005 reverse shows the rooster. Around the design run the Chinese character for the rooster, the year, and the weight and purity, framed by a beaded border. Turn it over and you find Queen Elizabeth II in Ian Rank-Broadley's portrait, with the face value.
