Description
Twenty grams of .9999 fine gold, 0.643 troy ounces, from The Perth Mint in Western Australia. The bar measures up to 31.8 by 18.8 millimeters and 2.9 thick; the Mint cuts to a minimum weight of 20.000 grams, so the exact size varies slightly. The front carries the Perth Mint swan with the weight and purity and the Mint's LBMA registered mark; the back is covered in stylised kangaroo motifs.
It comes sealed in the Mint's tamper-evident card, charcoal with a watermark swan. Prise the blister open and VOID appears around the edge. The Perth Mint is wholly owned by the Government of Western Australia and has refined gold since 1899.
