Description
One troy ounce of .9999 fine silver, cast by Germania Mint in Jelenia Góra, Poland. The face carries Germania's coat of arms, a crowned shield with a two-headed eagle inside a laurel wreath, and the inscriptions GERMANIA MINT, 999.9 FINE SILVER, 1 oz. The back is rougher and grainier, as a cast surface is, and carries a security hologram with an ID code. Each bar is serialized, and no two cast bars look exactly alike.
Germania vacuum seals each bar individually. Germania Mint launched its brand in 2018 and its cast silver bars in 2021; the ounce is the smallest in a range that runs to 100 ounces.
