Awaiting Payment
After placing a sales order, your order will be set to "Awaiting Payment" meaning we are waiting for the payment to be cleared on our end. This typically takes 3-5 business days for ACH and 1 business day for Wire. Once the payment has been cleared on our end, the status will automatically update to the next status, "Fulfillment in progress".
Fulfillment in progress
The system will automatically set your order to this status once the payment has been cleared on our end. This status is a broad status and can mean the following: (we are waiting for the seller to ship in the items, we are in the process of verifying the items, we are in the process of packing the item to be sent out to you). Please keep in mind that we are a marketplace, we don't hold any of the inventory. Items purchased on the marketplace are sent through our authentication facility first and verified before being sent out to the end buyer.
Order shipped
Once your order has been shipped, the status will be updated to order shipped. You will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped. You may view the status of your order as well as the tracking information on the dashboard here: https://www.collectpure.com/dashboard/sale-orders
Partially Fulfilled
Your purchase may be fulfilled by multiple sellers, there may be instances where your order is partially fulfilled or partially shipped. The order status will be set to partially fulfilled if that is the case.
