Description
Two and a half grams of .9999 fine gold, 0.080 troy ounces, from PAMP Suisse. The bar is 19 by 11.5 millimeters and 0.6 thick, which is smaller than a postage stamp. One face carries Lady Fortuna, the Roman goddess of prosperity, blindfolded, with wheat and poppies, a horn of plenty spilling coins, and the wheel of fortune. The other face carries the PAMP logo, SUISSE, the weight, FINE GOLD 999.9, the assayer's mark, and the serial number.
It is sealed in PAMP's CertiPAMP card with a certificate of authenticity. At this size the card is doing real work; the design is easier to see through the plastic than in the hand, and the serial on the card matches the one on the bar.
